Appointment confirmation + Pricing

If service is cancelled with less than 24-hours until appointment, client may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%

Cost for service may include application, travel, fuel and parking.

Travel cost is based on KM’s travelled and is subject to change without prior warning.

Application costs are subject to change annually, or with intricacy of requested service.

Appointments starting before 8am may incur an early start fee of $30 per hour.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer

Punctuality / Late Fees / Cancellation

If the client is late, the service may need to be shortened to ensure completion at original agreed upon time. The full fee may still apply.

A $10 late fee will be added if client is more than 15 minutes late, with a $10 fee added with each additional 10 minutes.

The artist reserves the right to cancel the booking if there is any harmful or threatening behaviour from the client.

No-shows will result in loss of 50% of the appointment total fee, and may require full payment before rebooking.

Application

Makeup application timing is approximately 1.5hrs. This is subject to change depending on intricacy of makeup requested.

Lash and Brow service timing is based upon the individual characteristics of each client. Estimated time frames are provided on service page.

Your artist may request consent to take photos or film various parts of the application process for marketing use.

Allergy disclaimer

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their reaction to the products or services used. By proceeding with any service, the client acknowledges that they have disclosed all relevant information.

If an allergic reaction or adverse effect occurs and the client did not notify the artist of a known allergy or sensitivity prior to the service, the artist will not be held liable or responsible in any way.

Do not have any facial waxing or laser treatments within 48-hours of your appointment. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if there has been recent waxing to avoid reaction occurring.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin with minimal skincare.

Children & Guests

For health and safety reasons, no children or additional guests are allowed during your appointment unless previously agreed upon.

Results & Expectations

Results vary depending on individual skin types, hair growth, and aftercare.

Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
